Full Journal pdf2010-04-18 House Journal Page 2531 HB 101 Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 2066) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(JUD) "An Act exempting the full value of life insurance and annuity contracts from levy to satisfy a debt, and amending the description of earnings, income, cash, and other assets relating to garnishment of life insurance proceeds payable upon the death of an insured." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(JUD) "An Act increasing the value of life insurance and annuity contracts that is exempt from levy to satisfy a debt." (SCR 18 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Johansen moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 101(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 101(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 101(JUD)?"
